What you should do if you want your diet to be more effective
Everyday we encounter with many temptations in our fight with the kilograms. This is why we offer you some simple tips that will help you make the fight easier and more effective.
- Eat at least one fruit (or vegetable) every day. Gradually increase the quantity until you reach 8 or 10 fruits per day.
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast – this is a sure way to reduce the amount of calories that you will take with the other foods until evening.
- If you tend to eat out, choose smaller portions. Statistics show that the normal restaurant menu contains between 1,000 and 2,000 calories in it and this is whithout counting those from bread, drinks and dessert.
- Always eat sitting down.
- At 3 in the afternoon, drink tomato juice instead of diet coke.
- Mix 3 cans of different kinds of beans and add some herbs and spices. When you get hungry during the week between meals, take 1 or 2 tablespoons from the bean mix.
- Discover how quickly and for how long potatoes will satisfy your hunger.
- Put spinach on more foods – as “decoration” on sandwiches, along with the spices in the soup, chopped on salads and pasta.
- Bring your lunch from home.
- It is better to eat 400 calories of fruit than 500 from snacks.
