Oprah Winfrey certainly needs no introduction. She changed television journalism not only in the U.S. but around the world, and is among the richest and most powerful women in the world over the past 30 years.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to give an example in health terms – 58-year-old Winfrey is one of the most famous victims of the yo-yo effect of constant experimentation with diets.
