1. She follows a strict vegetarian diet and does not eat any meat – chicken, pork, even fish or seafood. Pamela became a vegetarian when she was barely a teenager. She is strictly against killing and eating animals.
2. Pamela Anderson is very serious when it comes to diet. She prefers to even chew sugar free gums.
3. But the biggest secret to the fabulous figure and curves of America’s favourite Blondie is her raw diet. Pam uses only raw and unprocessed vegetables, fruits and nuts. She also, of course, is working hard in the gym, where she spends some solid amount of time. Pam focuses mostly on cardio workouts, but she also does some toning and strengthening trainings and she prefers pilates.
4. For breakfast, Pamela prefers fruits and oatmeal. She also enjoys a lot of vegetarian burgers, vegetable sushi or pasta. In the afternoon she likes to eat salads and drinking some natural shakes.
5. To keep the good shape, Pam always carry a bottle of water. She advises everyone to drink large amounts of fluids, especially those people who have chosen the vegetarian lifestyle. A glass of red wine (sometimes) is also part of the dietary plan of the sexy Blondie.
