Cold weather is the season of colds, or not?

Most people, especially the elderly and young children, and those who lead sedentary lives are subscribed to colds and flu. If you have them, you probably have your own methods of treatment, which benefit as soon as you feel the first symptoms of the disease. Many of them, however, proved wrong because common myths. 1. Sweating for a cure
